RETURNS

In our Palm Desert store we have a "no refunds" policy and only offer exchanges or store credit.  However, we understand with online shopping you don't have the opportunity to try on a garment to see if it works for you, and while we would still prefer to help you with an exchange or store credit, we do offer a limited refund option to our online customers.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to accomodate International orders

 

How do I return an item?

-Return merchandise to:

-Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt of shipment

-Return form must be completed and included

What is your returns policy?

 

-Returned items must be unused and have original tags still attached.

-Custom orders and Sale items are not returnable

-Exchanges receive free shipping on all replacements

-Refunds will be issued upon request if above requirements have been met

-Shipping costs are not refundable

How do I track my order?

 

A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation email

All packages are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.  No Post Office boxes please.  For special shipping requests please email:
